If you know of a location that would be perfect for a pop-up bookshop or if you are a local business interested in hosting one, please contact us at alanna@seasidebooksni.com.
Decolonial Poetics
oin in a 6-week poetry workshop held at Blick Studios starting October 5th. Sessions will be held on Sundays from 5-7 pm GMT.
With a focus on anti-colonial and decolonial poetry, this course will explore how poetry has been used to challenge racism, colonialism, and systems of oppression. Through close reading, discussion, and written explorations, we will develop an understanding of decolonial theories and poetics and how, through poetry, we can decolonize our reading and further our personal practice of decolonization.
